I. Scholarship Content and Standards

1. First-class Scholarship: tuition and accommodation waived, plus living allowance (undergraduate: 600–1,000 RMB; master's: 1,000–1,200 RMB; doctoral: 1,200–1,500 RMB), calculated over 10 months.
2. Second-class Scholarship: tuition and accommodation waived.
3. Third-class Scholarship: tuition waived.
4. Fourth-class Scholarship: 50% tuition waiver.

II. Applicant Conditions

Applicants must be foreign nationals holding a foreign passport, in good health and friendly to China; abide by Chinese laws and regulations and the university's rules; have excellent academic performance and outstanding overall conduct.

Academic and age requirements:
1. Doctoral students: master's degree or above, generally under 40.
2. Master's students: bachelor's degree or above, generally under 35.
3. Undergraduate and junior-college students: high school diploma or above, generally under 30.

III. Open Majors

This scholarship is open to applicants of any major.

March – August each year.

VI. Application Materials

1. "Guizhou Minzu University Scholarship Application Form" (attachment). 2. Personal passport copy. 3. Certified highest academic degree certificate. 4. Academic performance and conduct certificate issued by the school attended. 5. Those studying for more than 6 months (including 6 months) must provide the "Foreign Physical Examination Record" (uniformly printed by Chinese health quarantine authorities). 6. Degree or research applicants must provide a study plan (no less than 400 words) or research plan (no less than 800 words). 7. Applicants under 18 must submit legal guardian documents in China.
