The SHTCM International Student Pre-enrollment Scholarship rewards new full-time self-funded international undergraduate freshmen applying for bachelor's degrees at our university.

I. Applicant Qualifications

(1) HSK Award: new HSK 5 level ≥ 210; (2) Academic Award: bachelor's degree or above; (3) Special Talent Award: national or above outstanding achievements in academics, sports, arts, cultural exchange, public welfare, etc.; (4) New students enrolling in September; (5) Various pre-enrollment scholarships may not be held simultaneously.

II. Scholarship Types and Amounts

(1) New HSK 6 ≥ 210: 10,000 RMB. (2) New HSK 6 ≥ 195: 7,000 RMB. (3) New HSK 6 ≥ 180: 5,000 RMB. (4) New HSK 5 ≥ 210: 3,000 RMB. (5) Academic Award: 3,000 RMB. (6) Special Talent First Prize: 10,000 RMB. (7) Special Talent Second Prize: 5,000 RMB. (8) Special Talent Third Prize: 3,000 RMB. (9) Special Talent Fourth Prize: 1,000 RMB.

IV. Application Materials

(1) One "SHTCM International Student Pre-enrollment Scholarship Application Form". (2) Original and copy of HSK certificate, or notarized highest academic certificate; special talent applicants must provide relevant certificates or school recommendation form. Applicants must guarantee authenticity, otherwise the scholarship is cancelled, with all consequences borne by the applicant; materials are not returned regardless of award.

V. Implementation Steps

(1) After new students start, the counselor announces the pre-enrollment scholarship implementation method. (2) Eligible students submit materials to the International Student Office. (3) The office organizes review and reports to the college for approval. (4) Publicize the pre-enrollment scholarship award list. (5) The pre-enrollment scholarship is disbursed at the beginning of the next academic year. If punished or withdrawn before disbursement, the qualification is cancelled.
