I. Scholarship Targets, Duration and Application Conditions

Master's Scholarship: for those applying for a master's degree at Harbin Normal University, with a study period of 3 academic years. Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree, have excellent academic performance, and be recommended by two professors or associate professors; after passing the university's admission assessment they will be admitted, under 35 years of age.
Doctoral Scholarship: for those applying for a doctoral degree at Harbin Normal University, with a study period of 3–4 academic years. Applicants should hold a master's degree, have excellent academic performance, and be recommended by two professors or associate professors; after passing the admission assessment they will be admitted, under 40 years of age.
Note: Those without a Chinese foundation must take 1–2 years of Chinese remedial study at our university, during which they still enjoy the government scholarship.

II. Scholarship Content

The Chinese Government Scholarship provides registration fee, tuition, living allowance, accommodation, and comprehensive medical insurance equivalent to that of Chinese students.

III. Application Time

Applicants may request the next year's admission brochure from the International Student Admissions Office in December each year and submit all materials before April 1.
